به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس از تبریز، رضا حسینی عصر امروز در جلسه ستاد سرمایه‌گذاری استان آذربایجان‌شرقی از جذب 121 میلیون دلار سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی در استان در قالب سه طرح سرمایه‌گذاری در سال 90 خبر داد.

وی ارائه برنامه های آموزشی برای ارتقای سطح علمی قضات و كاركنان را از دیگر اقدامات مناسب قوه قضاییه برشمرد و اظهار داشت:در این باره نشریات و كتاب های مناسبی منتشر شده است.

كشاورز توجه خاص به امور رفاهی قضات را نیز از اقدامات موثر مدیریت فعلی قوه قضاییه توصیف كرد.

وی هم چنین در ادامه به برخی اشكالات موجود در دستگاه قضایی اشاره كرد و گفت:مبارزه با جنبه های منفی تشكیلات قضایی و دادگاه ها اگر چه مورد تاكید مسوولان قوه قضاییه است اما تا رسیدن به نتایج مطلوب راهی طولانی در پیش است.

این حقوقدان در پاسخ به این سوال كه آیا وكلای باسابقه تمایلی به اشتغال در كار قضا دارند،گفت: گمان نمی كنم وكلای شاغل علاقه ای به كار قضا داشته باشند اما تصور می كنم اگر جذابیت كار قضا به طور كلی بالا برود،افراد بسیاری كه ابتدا به سمت وكالت داوطلب می شوند،جذب مشاغل قضایی شوند.

وی افزود: امور رفاهی كاركنان نیز باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد، چرا كه دفاتر ابزار دست دادگاه ها هستند .

وكیل پایه یك دادگستری،نبود دخالت كافی دیوان عالی كشور در امور حقوقی به منظور ایجاد وحدت رویه قضایی را از دیگر مواردی دانست كه باید به آن توجه كرد.

كشاورز افزود:در حال حاضر پرونده های حقوقی فقط در موارد استثنایی به شعب دیوان عالی می روند و در شعب تجدید نظر استان ختم می شوند،این باعث می شود كه جای یكی از منابع حقوقی ما كه وحدت رویه قضایی است در تشكیلات قضایی و حقوقی خالی باشد.

وی نداشتن تسلط نسبی دادسراها بر ضابطان قوه قضاییه كه آثار آن در بروز برخی مسایل خاص از نظر نظم اجتماعی قابل مشاهده است را دیگر مسایلی دانست كه باید به آن رسیدگی شود و ادامه داد: بیشتر نیروهای وابسته به نیروی انتظامی كه مسئول اجرای اوامر دادسرا هستند، غیر متخصص و سرباز وظیفه اند و نمی توان بیش از آن چه كه انجام می دهند، انتظار داشت.

كشاورز آموزش ارائه شده به این نیروها را كافی ندانست و تصریح كرد: شاید یكی از راه حل های قابل قبول در این مورد، تشكیل مجدد پلیس قضایی باشد كه آموزش ویژه برای اموری كه از دادسراها ارجاع می شود را دیده اند.

'بشار جعفری' سفیر ونماینده دائم سوریه در سازمان ملل تروریست ها واعضای القاعده را گروه سومی دانست كه از سوی كشورهای عرب منطقه به منظور تشدید بحران سوریه به برخی از نقاط این كشوراعزام می شوند.

وی تعلیق فعالیت های ناظران سازمان ملل را تلاش گروهی از كشورهای شورای امنیت برای اعزام نیروهای بیشتر و تشدید بحران و در نهایت استفاده از بند هفتم منشور سازمان ملل دانست كه هدف آن تغییر حكومت در سوریه است.
